SoaJ - Ghosts of the Past
It had only been a year since Taggerung and May started living together (both under the same roof and in another world) but between them time moved slowly, their lives extending its value, making that one year feel like a condensed can of three. Ironically, while he adapted easily into the other two worlds he now lived in, it was Taggerung's home world that was causing him struggle. For the most part, he couldn't stay still, and would often disappear for a day or so, much to Daryl and Sue's worry, leaving May to sooth their nerves and let her parents know that he was ok. To solve this problem, they gave him a cell phone. However, during one o

There are some oddities in life that are inconceivable to the average human being, so to cope with the inconceivable, their mind will either flat out reject what has bestowed upon them or devise a plausible but fake explanation. I am not your average human. I have a saying: "If you see something that defies all belief, you have two options: Believe what you see, or give up drinking. I don't drink."
Some people would attempt to undermine my credibility by accusing me of being insane and suffering from schizophrenia. True, I may be insane, but so is everyone else; as for the schizophrenia, I'm pre

I can see the future. Everyone's fate is laid down for me to see. Everyone's but mine. Thus I alone can change the future, alter the path that people will walk on. It is my greatest gift; my greatest curse. I can save people from disaster, yet I can devastate those who walk on a path safe from harm. I should know: I killed my mother.
She was a lovely creature, her hair was long and waved in the air like fields of wheat, her eyes reflected the azure sky and her voice was soft like the cooing of a love bird. I had inherited her strength of heart and her calm cool attitude. She always made my father laugh and in return he could always make me b

I was not exactly sure why, but when I turned 30, I found myself living at my parents' house again. Maybe it was because my homeowner's insurance was through the roof, especially since it was now gone (the roof that is), but it wasn't my fault, at least this time. I was glad that they had let me move back without too much fuss (All I had to do was sign a contract saying I would be careful around combustibles). I wa

"Honestly you two! I know you are brothers, but do you have to constantly squabble with each other?" She said, not know that both of them were competing for her attention; in a way it was working.
"I need to show who is the Alpha dog in this pack!" exclaimed the older, puffing out his chest.
"Which is obviously me," the younger brother butted in.
"Ya, right. You're just a pipsqueak," the older brother taunted.
"Well at least my ego isn't as big as a balloon. Any more hot air and then I would attach a basket to you and take you for a ride!"
"That's enough you two!" she yelled, tired of hearing the brothers squabble. "How about you race an
Thank you
Its amazing how just two little words,
of which show gratitude, 'thank you' can do.
That can make all the hard work melt away,
and you spirit will be lifted with bliss.

I'm just an idiot
Really, I'm just an idiot.
I thought I could be wise, but I act dumb instead,
I thought when I was being brave, I was just a coward.
I try so hard, but just do nothing,
I try to listen, but I use my blind ear.
I sought to see, but I am blindfolded by my own hand,
I sought to be free, but I made my own cage.
I wanted truth, even if ignorance was bliss, and the truth was harsh,
But I realize that first I must see past the lies I have placed before myself.
For I see that my worst fear is to hurt my friends, and I don't know if I have or not.
Really, I'm just an idiot.

Ordihime- A story of a Jumper
It had been a week since Ordihime and Taggerung had moved into the city and while they were living on the streets. Taggerung felt right at home and he easily adapted to the familiar environment, but Ordihime wasn't faring as well. Since she had been isolated for many years she had a hard time adapting to such a change.
They had stolen some clothes that were up and hanging so as that they could blend in easier, but it took some coaxing (more like desperate begging) to convince Ordihime to wear underwear. Taggerung was wearing a pair of liberated cargo pants and a t-shirt with a red lightning bolt logo on the front and Ordihime wore a short bl

Well, the past few days have been... interesting and hectic. Today started out well, I got one of the most satisfying games of Dodge ball I can remember, and I couldn't complain much about the rest of the day, until 4th period. The moment I walked in I had the worst aura I can remember, and I left later than I should. No one was home and my dad wasn't picking his cell phone, and the nurse, who could give me Ivyprophine or Tylenol had gone for Woodland. So with my migraine starting, I rode my bike home. It was not fun.
The worst thing about a migraine is, it is not any type of pain I can endure. It strips down your defenses no matter how stro
Due to some interesting circumstances, and the ending of The Game. I have been accused of breaking numerous rules, and as of such, I have to write a twenty-six page reflection of my experience while playing The Game. While I know that it will be by all practical means impossible to write all of them, I actually intend to try. While I have much to say, it will not be enough to prevent myself from going off subject and stall for pages.
For those of you who don't quite understand what I am talking about, The Game refers to the world described in the novel "1984"
This is something I would not normally do, and in all likelihood I will fail. No,
Ahhhh, my Dad takes forever to tell someone something, and will repeat himself countless times soon after he says something, giving him the achievement of the legendary 'One hour Lecture.' Today, he was supposed to take me to the store so I could get some nice pants and a shirt for an upcoming dinner-fundraiser, but we made a stop by OSH to get a pulley to keep our wondrous grapefruit tree upright. It took him approximately 10 minutes to pick out a pully (Including looking for any others that would be cheaper) and 10 minutes at the cash register because it rang up 6 cents more expensive than the labeled price. It was a total traffic jam cause
